Dorianne Pollack

I am a happy person. I have accomplished much in my many years. I have a master’s degree in education. I have been a teacher and a principal in several public schools in Phoenix and in Flagstaff. For the past 8 years I have taught here at CCC. I teach education and special education courses. Now I have the opportunity to teach with the Adult Education Program. I am always looking for opportunities in my life to serve others.

I have 5 children and 14 grandchildren. Clearly my favorite things to do are things that include my family. Long walks, picking wildflowers, cooking and sharing meals together, and especially laughing are my most treasured moments. When I am not working or with my family, I spend time reading great books and writing my own story. I am well supported by family and friends in all of my life’s trials.Teaching and learning are integral parts of my life, inseparable from all that I do.
